1. ВСТУП

1.1. Дані Правила участі у букмекерському парі та будь-які додатки, доповнення й інші невід’ємні частини до них (далі по тексту – "Правила парі"), що розміщені на вебсайті beton.ua (далі – "вебсайт"), розроблені ТОВ "СІТІКОД" (далі по тексту – "Клуб") як організатором азартних ігор, який здійснює букмекерську діяльність на підставі Ліцензії на провадження діяльності з організації та проведення букмекерської діяльності від 10.10.2025 року, виданої рішенням ДАУ ПлейСіті № 104-Р від 07.10 2025 року.

1.2. Правила парі не суперечать законодавству України, а також повністю відповідають вимогам і забезпечують виконання:

• Конституції України;
• Податкового кодексу України;
• Закону України "Про державне регулювання діяльності з організації та проведення азартних ігор" (далі по тексту – "Закон");
• Закону України "Про запобігання та протидію легалізації (відмиванню) доходів, одержаних злочинним шляхом, фінансуванню тероризму та фінансуванню розповсюдженню зброї масового знищення" (далі - Закон про ПВК/ФТ);
• нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють відносини у сфері азартних ігор, та відповідних міжнародних договорів України, згода на обов'язковість яких надана Верховною Радою України.

1.3. Правила парі визначають загальні вимоги, що ставляться до гравців, деталізований порядок участі у парі, що проводяться Клубом, зокрема основні види парі, порядок та строки внесення ставок, порядок прийняття ставок за кожним видом спорту, правила визначення результату парі по кожному з видів парі, порядок виплати (видачі) виграшів (призів), права та обов’язки гравця та Клубу під час парі.

1.4. Терміни, що використовуються в даних Правилах парі, і не визначені в них, відповідають визначенню термінів в Законі, Законі про ПВК/ФТ і в "Правилах та умовах" Клубу.

1.5. На період проведення рекламних та/або промоакцій (далі – "промоакції"), правила проведення таких промоакцій є невід’ємною частиною цих Правил парі. При цьому, в період проведення промоакцій:

• визначені в цих Правилах парі терміни застосовуються у визначеннях, наведених в правилах проведення відповідних промоакцій.
• в разі наявності суперечностей між цими Правилами парі та правилами проведення промоакцій, ці Правила парі застосовуються в частині, що не суперечить правилам проведення відповідних промоакцій.

1.6. Правила складені українською мовою і переведені на англійську мову. Всі варіанти Правил доступні для гравців і відвідувачів на вебсайті.

1.7. Ці Правила парі є обов'язковими для всіх гравців, які беруть участь у парі Клубу. Внесення Гравцем ставки вважається його згодою з цими та іншими правилами Клубу.

2. ЗАБОРОНА НА УЧАСТЬ У БУКМЕКЕРСЬКОМУ ПАРІ ТА НА ЗАПЕРЕЧУВАННЯ РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ ПАРІ

2.1. Гравцем може бути виключно фізична особа, якій на дату участі у грі виповнився 21 рік.

2.2. Забороняється брати участь у парі Клубу особам, які не досягли 21-річного віку, обмежено дієздатним та недієздатним особам, а також особам, внесеним до Реєстру осіб, яким обмежено доступ до гральних закладів та/або участь в азартних іграх.

2.3. Гравцями також не можуть бути особи, які відповідно до законодавства мають відповідні обмеження, а також особи, визнані Клубом небажаними.

2.4. До участі в парі також не допускаються особи:

• які на вимогу працівника Клубу, якщо у нього виникли сумніви щодо досягнення особою 21-річного віку, не надали працівнику Клубу для ознайомлення документ, що посвідчує особу та містить відомості про вік особи;
• які надали на вимогу представника Клубу неправдиві відомості про себе (прізвище, ім’я, по батькові, відомості про вік, адреса реєстрації місця проживання або місцезнаходження);
• які є учасниками подій, на які укладаються парі (спортсмени, тренери, судді та ін.), посадовим особам у сфері спорту, членам їх сім'ї, а також тих, які діють за домовленістю з учасниками подій;
• які представляють інтереси інших організаторів букмекерської діяльності, а також є афілійованими з іншими організаторами букмекерської діяльності;
• які намагаються отримати або яким вдалося отримати несправедливу перевагу перед Клубом, наприклад, шляхом здійснення повторних ставок з метою обійти максимальний ліміт суми ставки, встановлений Клубом.
• в інших випадках, передбачених цими чи іншими правилами Клубу.

2.5. Клуб має право збільшити мінімальний вік гравця для участі в парі.

2.6. Для ідентифікації (верифікації, встановлення даних) гравця використовуються методи та процедури, передбачені пунктом 8 Розділу ІІІ "Правил та умов" Клубу.

2.7. Гравець не має право заперечувати результати парі на вебсайті, незалежно від того, принесла зроблена ним ставка виграш чи ні, а також вимагати повернення здійсненої ставки.

3. ПРАВА Й ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ КЛУБУ ТА ГРАВЦЯ

3.1. Під час участі у парі Гравець має право:

3.1.1. брати участь тільки в тих парі, які визначені Клубом;

3.1.2.за результатами азартної гри отримати належний йому виграш (приз) відповідно до умов Правил парі;

3.1.3. подавати скарги Клубу, у тому числі в електронній формі. Клуб зобов’язаний розглянути таку скаргу та надати відповідь за результатами її розгляду у порядок та строки, визначені п. 23 Розділу VII "Правил та умов" Клубу;

3.1.4. інші права, передбачені законодавством про азартні ігри, цими правилами та "Правилами та Умовами" Клубу.

3.2. Під час участі у парі Гравець зобов’язаний:

3.2.1. дотримуватися вимог законодавства про азартні ігри, правил парі, "Правил та Умов" встановлених Клубом;

3.2.2. до укладення парі ознайомитися із правилами парі, участь у якому гравець має намір прийняти;

3.2.3. неухильно дотримуватися правил парі;

3.2.4. виконувати вимоги працівників Клубу, в тому числі тих, що стосуються дотримання Гравцем цих та інших правил Клубу;

3.2.5 надати на вимогу працівника Клубу для ознайомлення документ, що посвідчує особу та містить відомості про вік особи;

3.2.6. дотримуватися вимог та обов’язків законодавства України, законодавства про азартні ігри, законів країни свого проживання або громадянства, а також правил організатора азартних ігор, правил проведення азартної гри, правил парі щодо:

• участі в азартній (-их) грі (іграх);
• запобігання участі у відмиванні коштів, отриманих злочинним шляхом, 
• оподаткування;
• захисту персональних даних;
• дотримуватися положень, викладених в даних Правилах парі, а також в "Правилах та умовах" Клубу;
• дотримуватися принципів відповідальної гри.

3.2.7. виконувати інші обов’язки, передбачені законодавством про азартні ігри, Правилами парі, "Правилами та Умовами" Клубу.

3.3. Під час парі Клуб має право:

3.3.1. запитувати у гравця додаткові документи, зокрема власне зображення гравця з необхідним документом.

3.3.2. у разі виникнення сумнівів, провести верифікацію гравця в режимі відеоконференції;

3.3.3. стежити за всіма ставками та контролювати дотримання Гравцями вимог чинного законодавства та Правил парі, "Правил та Умов" Клубу;

3.3.4. не приймати ставки у Гравців без пояснення причин, а також у тих Гравців, які порушують вимоги законодавства чи Правила парі, "Правила та Умови" Клубу;

3.3.5. вилучити, за необхідності, подію з переліку (лінії) подій з обов’язковим поверненням зроблених гравцями ставок;

3.3.6. відмовити у здійсненні виплат виграшів (призів) особі, яка не є гравцем та не має права отримувати такий виграш або ставку;

3.3.7. відмовити у здійсненні виплат виграшів (призів) та у поверненні гравцю зроблених ним ставок за наявності підстав, передбачених Законом України "Про запобігання та протидію легалізації (відмиванню) доходів, одержаних злочинним шляхом, фінансуванню тероризму та фінансуванню розповсюдження зброї масового знищення";

3.3.8 заборонити або обмежити доступ гравцеві та/або відвідувачу до вебсайту, якщо така особа порушує правила, перешкоджає укладенню парі чи здійсненню ставок, або щодо неї виникла обґрунтована підозра у застосуванні методів, технологій, програм чи прийомів, що можуть вплинути на результати виграшу; або якщо вона перешкоджає здійсненню виплат виграшів, порушує правила участі у букмекерському парі чи парі тоталізатора (правила парі), ображає честь і гідність учасників, представників Клубу чи третіх осіб, відмовляється пред’явити документ, що дає змогу достовірно встановити її вік, або вчиняє інші дії, які перешкоджають нормальній діяльності Клубу. Обґрунтована підозра має бути письмово або в електронній формі надана гравцеві із зазначенням фактів щодо такої підозри протягом однієї доби.

3.3.9. Заблокувати Особистий кабінет гравця, який:

• не пройшов верифікацію;
• надав про себе неправдиві відомості;
• використав для поповнення ігрового балансу та / або для отримання виплати платіжну картку (банківський  рахунок), що належить третій особі;
• створив кілька Особистих кабінетів, які фактично використовуються ним одним;
• використовував програми, предмети, алгоритми та інші засоби, здатні вплинути на результати азартної гри;
• не виконує обов'язки гравця;
• порушує законодавство України (включаючи Закон про ПВК/ФТ), "Правила та умови" Клубу, Правила парі.

3.3.10. Проводити на вебсайті та на інших онлайн- і офлайн-майданчиках і ресурсах акції, турніри, конкурси та інші заходи, що не суперечать Закону, заохочувати гравців до активності, ввічливого ставлення один до одного та до співробітників Клубу, дотримання законодавства України (у тому числі щодо дотримання принципів відповідальної гри), "Правил та умов" Клубу, Правил парі;

3.3.11. Нараховувати гравцям на різних умовах різноманітні види бонусів, якщо це не суперечить законодавству України.

3.3.12. інші права, передбачені законодавством про азартні ігри та правилами Клубу.

3.4. Під час парі Клуб зобов’язаний:

3.4.1. дотримуватися вимог законодавства про азартні ігри, законодавства у сфері ПВК/ФТ;

3.4.2. дотримуватися правил проведення азартних ігор, включаючи Правила парі;

3.4.3. утримуватися від дій, що можуть вплинути на результати парі (обмеження не застосовуються щодо публічного оголошення та виплати додаткової грошової винагороди спортсменам, які беруть участь у національних або міжнародних змаганнях, Олімпійських або Паралімпійських іграх);

3.4.4. дотримуватися принципів відповідальної гри;

3.4.5. своєчасно та в повному обсязі здійснювати виплату (видачу) виграшу (призу) відповідно до правил, встановлених Клубом;

3.4.6. розглядати скарги гравців та інших осіб, у тому числі в електронній формі, надавати на них відповіді у строки, визначені п. 23 Розділу VII "Правил та Умов" Клубу;

3.4.7. виконувати інші обов’язки, передбачені законодавством про азартні ігри.

3.5. Клуб приймає ставки на результати спортивних та інших подій із наперед невідомим результатом, у тому числі із застосуванням засобів телекомунікації.

3.6. Всі ставки приймаються відповідно до цих Правил парі та інших правил Клубу.

3.7. Внесення Гравцем ставки є свідченням того, що Гравець ознайомлений і повністю згоден з цими та іншими правилами Клубу.

3.8. Клуб не несе відповідальності та не приймає претензії щодо коректності перекладу назв команд і прізвищ гравців.

3.9. Клуб не несе будь-якої відповідальності за помилки введення або передачі даних. Клуб також не несе відповідальності за точність, повноту і своєчасність пропонованих інформаційних сервісів, в тому числі даних щодо подій, які надаються в режимі "Live".

3.10. У разі виявлення ознак неспортивної боротьби, а також інформації про неспортивний характер події або договірний характер спортивної події, Клуб за власним судженням та відповідно до власної оцінки має право зупинити обробку підозрілих ставок на ці події, скасувати та повернути підозрілі ставки. Будь-які докази, що вказують на такі події, Клубом не надаються.

3.11. Незнання законів, цих Правил парі, "Правил та умов" Клубу, Політики "Знай свого клієнта" та інших політик та правил, представлених на вебсайті, не є виправданням для їх недотримання або порушення та не звільняє від відповідальності гравця.

4. СТАВКА

4.1. Для здійснення гравцем ставки на вебсайті необхідна наявність достатньої суми коштів та/або ігрових замінників гривні на його Ігровому балансі або на бонусному рахунку (з бонусного рахунку відігруються бонусні кошти). Детальніше – в "Правилах та умовах" Клубу, пункти 11-12 Розділу IV.

4.2. Гравець робить ставку / ставки, величина якої / яких визначається бажанням гравця, наявністю необхідної суми коштів та/або ігрових замінників гривні на його Ігровому балансі і лімітами, встановленими в конкретному парі. Після початку гри величина ставки змінюватися не може, за винятком випадків, передбачених правилами конкретного парі.

4.3. Ставки приймаються Клубом на підставі дійсної лінії, опублікованої на сайті Клуба станом на дату укладення парі.

4.4. Ставки приймаються на основний час матчу, якщо у правилах з видів спорту не вказано інше.

4.5. Ставки приймаються до початку події. Виключення становлять ставки, що приймаються Клубом на події, що відбуваються на цей час (далі по тексту – "Live"). Гравець, розміщуючи відповідну ставку, підтверджує, що не знає результату події, на яку робиться ставка.

4.6. Дата і час, вказані в Лінії, є датою і часом припинення прийому ставок на подію і не обов’язково збігаються з датою і часом фактичного початку події. Часом початку події при розрахунку ставок вважається фактичний час початку події, підтверджений офіційними документами організації (протоколами), яка проводить дане змагання.

4.7. Зміни в Лінії (коефіцієнти виграшів, значення "фор" і "тоталів", обмеження на "Експреси" та максимальну суму ставки тощо) можуть проводитися Клубом в будь-який момент. Умови за ставками, зробленими Гравцем до внесення змін в Лінію, зберігаються.

4.8. У переліку подій першим вказується господар поля, якщо в лінії не вказано місце проведення зустрічі. Вся інформація, наведена в "шапці" до певного виду спорту, несе допоміжний характер. Можливі помилки в даній інформації не є підставою для повернення ставок.

4.9. У Лінії Клубу господарі зазначаються на першому місці (у Лінії маркуються цифрою "1"), а гості – на другому місці (маркуються цифрою "2"). В інших випадках (змагання з тенісу, настільного тенісу, бадмінтону, автоспорту, мотоспорту, боксу, шахів, кіберспорту тощо) нумерація учасників у Лінії є умовною. Дані про місце проведення мають інформативний характер.

4.10. При грі на будь-які події в "розписі" турів (загальна кількість м'ячів, перемог, поразок, нічиїх, кутових, карток тощо), враховуються тільки ті матчі туру, які містяться у щоденній Лінії. При поверненні ставок на будь-який матч з даного туру (що міститься в Лінії), всі різновиди ставок на розпис даного туру підлягають поверненню, а з "Експресів" і "Систем" виключаються, крім ставок, результат яких однозначно визначений.

4.11. В "Експреси" і "Системи" в футболі, хокеї забороняється приймати більш ніж одну ставку на результат "1 тайм-матчу", рахунку матчу.

4.12. У кубкових матчах можна грати на прохід команди у наступне коло.

4.13. У разі перенесення матчу на нейтральне поле або на поле суперника ставки вважаються дійсними і поверненню не підлягають. У міжнародних змаганнях перенесення матчу на нейтральне поле, а також на поле країни-суперника не є підставою для повернення ставок.

4.14. Якщо у назві матчу один або декілька учасників вказані у Лінії невірно (за винятком помилок перекладу), тобто зазначено іншу команду або гравця замість учасників заявленого турніру, усі ставки на таку подію визнаються недійсними, і за ними здійснюється повернення ставок. Клуб залишає за собою право визначати належність подій до цієї категорії.

4.15. Якщо результат матчу, що завершився, був скасований або переглянутий організаторами змагань і опублікований в офіційних документах після закінчення строків, визначених цими Правилами парі, таке скасування до уваги не береться, а виплата здійснюється за початковим результатом. Якщо в протоколах офіційних сайтів виявлено розбіжності, які спричинили виникнення спірних питань, у таких випадках пріоритет мають відеоархіви. Якщо матч був зупинений і не був дограний протягом 25 годин з моменту його початку, ставки підлягають поверненню, а з "Експресів" і "Систем" виключаються. Результати, які були однозначно визначені на момент зупинки (наприклад, результат першого тайму, перший забитий гол і його час тощо), приймаються для розрахунків за ставками. Винятки становлять окремі умови укладання парі на певні спортивні змагання. Детальніше – у Правилах за видами спорту.

4.16. Мінімальний і максимальний розмір ставок по всіх спортивних подіях визначається Клубом і може змінюватися без попереднього письмового повідомлення Гравців. Крім того, Клуб залишає за собою право на введення особливих обмежень по рахунках окремих Гравців.

4.17. Будь-яка ставка (в тому числі в режимі "Live"), зроблена на подію, результат якої вже відомий до моменту внесення ставки, вважається недійсною і підлягає поверненню, а з "Експресів" і "Систем" виключається. Ігрові варіанти, отримані з будь-яких причин вже після того, як стали відомі результати для відповідного ігрового варіанту, будуть вважатися недійсними та відповідні ставки підлягають поверненню.

4.18. Гравець – єдина особа, яка відповідає за зроблені ним ставки. Гравець до підтвердження ставки Клубом зобов'язаний переконатися в тому, що деталі його ставки вірні.

4.19. Прийняті ставки відображаються в Особистому кабінеті. У деяких випадках можлива затримка в появі ставки. У разі виникнення суперечок визначальним є час, коли ставка була зареєстрована в системі Клубу. Якщо Гравець не отримав повідомлення про прийняття ставки, вона вважається прийнятою, якщо відображається в Особистому кабінеті. У будь-якому разі, здійснюючи ставку, завантажуючи мобільний додаток, незалежно від використання медіаресурсу (через інтернет або мобільні сервіси), відкриваючи рахунок або використовуючи існуючий рахунок, беручи участь у будь-яких іграх/парі чи приймаючи будь-який виграш (приз), Гравець підтверджує свою згоду з чинною версією Правил парі та діє відповідно до цих Правил парі.

4.20. Гравець зобов'язаний робити ставки лише від свого імені. Повторювані ставки, що містять однакові вибори від одного або кількох гравців, можуть бути визнані Клубом недійсними та скасовані. Навіть після того, як буде відомий офіційний результат таких ставок, у разі, якщо Клуб впевнений, що гравці діяли у змові або підозрілі ставки були зроблені одним або кількома гравцями за короткий проміжок часу, такі ставки можуть бути визнані Клубом недійсними та скасовані.

4.21. У разі виникнення суперечок щодо часу початку події, якщо офіційні регулюючі органи відповідного турніру або події не надають (або не мають) такої інформації, дані Клубу про час початку події вважаються єдино правильними для розрахунку ставок.

4.22. Збої зв'язку або інші технічні збої в комунікаціях Гравця не є причиною для скасування ставки, якщо ставка зареєстрована в онлайн-системі Клубу.

4.23. Клуб має право не приймати ставки у Гравців без пояснення причин, а також у Гравців, що порушують Правила парі, "Правила та Умови", або інші політики Клубу, і залишає за собою право закривати чи тимчасово блокувати Особистий кабінет або Ігровий рахунок окремих Гравців без попереднього сповіщення.

4.24. Якщо Клуб виявить, що ставки гравця мають явний спекулятивний характер, спрямований на отримання переваги над Клубом в контексті бонусної пропозиції, Клуб залишає за собою право скасувати відповідний бонус, анулювати виграші, отримані внаслідок відіграшу, та/або застосувати інші обмежувальні заходи.

Спекулятивна гра (зловживання бонусом) визначається як будь-яка дія, спрямована на використання бонусної акції для отримання фінансової вигоди з мінімальним ризиком для реальних коштів гравця. До такої поведінки відносяться, зокрема:

• Розміщення всього депозиту або його значної частини на одну або декілька подій з низькими коефіцієнтами,  з єдиною метою — виконати умову прокрутки реальних коштів для активації відіграшу бонусу;
• Розміщення високоризикових ставок (на відіграш бонусу) одразу після розміщення вищезгаданих низькоризикових ставок (на реальні кошти);
• Спроба виведення (кешауту) реальних коштів або виграшів, отриманих від   ставок, до або під час відіграшу бонусних коштів, якщо це розцінюється як навмисний поділ балансів для уникнення ризику.
• Та інші дії які можуть мати спекулятивний характер.

4.25. Ставки з використанням пов'язаних маркетів з однієї події можуть розцінюватись як дії спрямовані на  зловживання бонусом, а саме для його відіграшу. При виявленні таких дій, Клуб залишає за собою право анулювати бонус та всі отримані з його використанням виграші.

4.26. Клуб робить все можливе, щоб отримати інформацію з офіційних джерел (під час події чи після її завершення). Якщо з певних причин ця інформація недоступна, чи є очевидні помилки в інформації, що міститься в офіційних джерелах, розрахунок ставки буде зроблено на основі інших відкритих альтернативних джерел, наприклад, таких як відеотрансляції тощо.

4.27. У випадку будь-яких претензій і спорів з боку Гравців або їх представників, зобов’язання Клубу обмежено розміром ставки Гравця та/або його можливого виграшу (призу), за винятком випадків передбачених чинним законодавством.

4.28. У випадку будь-яких спорів чи претензій база даних Клубу має перевагу над будь-якими іншими даними.

4.29. Більш детальна інформація щодо ставок на певні види спорту представлена у Правилах за видами спорту.

4.30. Різновидом "Тоталу" є "Тотал трьох варіантів події", який може застосовуватись до всіх видів спорту залежно від їх особливостей. Відповідно до "Тоталу трьох варіантів" події необхідно вгадати кількість голів, шайб, очок або геймів, забитих (закинутих, набраних або зіграних) командами або учасником події. Для виграшу необхідно вгадати чи буде забито / набрано / зіграно більше, або менше зазначеного в Лінії "тоталу", або рівно вказану кількість. Якщо результат співпаде із запропонованим Клубом значенням "Тоталу трьох варіантів" події, коефіцієнти виграшів на "більше" і "менше" вважаються програшними, коефіцієнти виграшів на "рівно" вважаються виграшними.

5. ВИДИ СТАВОК

5.1. Клуб для укладення парі пропонує наступні види ставок:

5.1.1. Одиночні ставки (Ординар) - це ставки, які робляться на одну конкретну подію, результат якої є незалежним від інших подій. Гравець обирає подію з букмекерської лінії, яка включає різноманітні спортивні заходи, змагання чи інші події.

Виграш за одиничною ставкою розраховується за формулою: Виграш = Сума × Коефіцієнт

5.1.2. Парні ставки - це комбіновані ставки, які складаються з двох або більше подій, де Гравець робить ставку на кілька результатів одночасно. Для отримання виграшу необхідно, щоб усі вибрані події закінчилися успішно. Гравець обирає дві або більше подій з букмекерської лінії. Це можуть бути різні спортивні заходи або різні результати в рамках одного змагання.

Виграш за парною ставкою розраховується за формулою: Виграш = Сума × (Коефіцієнт1 × Коефіцієнт2)

5.1.3. Системні ставки - це комбіновані ставки, які дозволяють учаснику ставити на кілька подій одночасно, розподіляючи суму ставки між різними комбінаціями результатів. Гравець обирає кілька подій (від трьох до десяти) з букмекерської лінії. Гравець вибирає тип системи (наприклад, 2/3, 3/4, 4/5 тощо), що вказує на кількість результатів, які мають бути виграшними для отримання виплати.

Виграш за системною ставкою розраховується за формулою: Виграш = Сума Ставки × Коефіцієнт Комбінації

5.1.4. Live-ставки - це ставки, які робляться під час проведення спортивних подій у реальному часі. Цей формат ставок дозволяє Гравцям реагувати на зміни в ході гри, робити прогнози та отримувати виграші, ґрунтуючись на актуальних подіях.

Виграш за Live-ставкою розраховується за формулою: Виграш = Сума × Коефіцієнт

5.1.5. Ставки на статистику - це спеціалізовані ставки, які робляться на певні статистичні показники в рамках спортивних подій. Цей тип ставок дозволяє Гравцям прогнозувати, наприклад, кількість голів, фолів, кутових, точних передач або інших параметрів, що відображають хід гри. Після вибору події, Гравець може обрати з кількох доступних статистичних показників, таких як: кількість голів (в обох командах або однієї); кількість жовтих/червоних карток; інші специфічні показники залежно від виду спорту.

Виграш за ставкою на статистику розраховується за формулою: Виграш = Сума × Коефіцієнт

5.1.6. Експрес-ставки - це тип ставки, який об'єднує дві або більше подій в одну ставку. Для того, щоб виграти, всі вибрані події повинні завершитися успішно, тобто з виграшним результатом. Гравець має можливість обрати декілька подій із різних спортивних змагань, які доступні для ставки. Коефіцієнти для кожної з обраних подій обчислюються окремо, а загальний коефіцієнт експрес-ставки визначається шляхом множення коефіцієнтів усіх включених подій: Коефіцієнт Експрес = Коефіцієнт 1 × Коефіцієнт 2 ×...× Коефіцієнт n.

Виграш за Експрес-ставкою розраховується за формулою: Виграш = Сума × Коефіцієнт Експрес

5.1.7. "Ставка без ризику" – це тип ставки, що передбачає отримання гравцем виграшу (призу) залежно від точності його прогнозу, зробленого стосовно результату події або її частини. Клуб може на власний розсуд обмежувати прийняття "ставок без ризику", схвалювати або відхиляти їх без пояснення причин. Принципи розрахунку таких ставок викладені у розділі "Розрахунок ставок".

5.2. В експресах та системах заборонено включати події, що пов’язані між собою або стосуються одного й того ж матчу чи одного й того ж Гравця в рамках одного турніру, якщо це створює залежність результатів (навіть опосередковану). У разі порушення цієї вимоги така ставка підлягає поверненню, навіть якщо онлайн-система Клубу не заблокувала її в момент прийняття. Клуб самостійно визначає, чи пов’язані події між собою, та може допускати певні поєднання, якщо вони не перетинаються логічно (не перемножуються ймовірності результатів).

5.3. Розрахунок виграшу (призу) за будь-яким видом ставок, у тому числі з урахуванням "фор", "тоталів", перенесення чи скасування подій, виконується із застосуванням коефіцієнта "1" для подій, які неможливо розрахувати за первинними умовами. Остаточні коефіцієнти виграшів (призів) визначаються з урахуванням таких особливостей.

5.4. При ставках на вихід або невихід команди з групи в експресах чи системах дозволено вибирати лише одну команду з однієї групи. У разі включення до Експреса чи системи ставок на вихід-невихід декількох команд з тієї ж групи, ці ставки також підлягають поверненню, навіть якщо онлайн-система Клубу не заблокувала цю ставку на момент її прийняття.

5.5. Коефіцієнти в режимі "Live" постійно змінюються, відображаючи розвиток події. Інформаційні повідомлення та проміжні результати, що надаються в ході трансляції, мають довідковий характер. Помилки в проміжній інформації не є підставою для скасування ставок, якщо факт прийняття ставки було підтверджено Клубом.

5.6. Під час здійснення ставок "Live" Гравець може обрати опцію "Прийняти та розмістити ставки". Цим Гравець визначає, чи буде його ставка прийнята у випадку зміни коефіцієнта в будь-який бік.

5.7. Для розрахунку ставок "Live" Клуб бере до уваги результати, що стали відомими одразу після завершення події/змагання. Подальші зміни результатів, офіційно зафіксовані після закінчення події, не впливають на розрахунок ставок "Live". Клуб розраховує ці ставки на підставі власних статистичних даних щодо реального ходу гри. Якщо інше не зазначено, ставки на спортсменів або команди, які фактично не беруть участі у змаганні, визнаються недійсними та повертаються. Якщо результат того чи іншого ігрового варіанту з’ясований ще під час події, розрахунок ставки проводиться відразу після настання відповідного результату.

5.8. Ставки в режимі "Live", результат яких встановлено під час матчу (наприклад, хто заб’є наступний гол, хто отримає картку, чи досягнуто "тотал на більше" тощо), залишаються чинними та підлягають розрахунку навіть у випадку переривання турніру або події.

5.9. Претензії щодо ставок, зроблених у режимі "Live", приймаються протягом 48 годин з моменту початку події та розглядаються Клубом протягом 30 днів з дати отримання претензії.

5.10. Якщо матч було зупинено або не дограно протягом 25 годин від його початку, всі ставки, результат яких на момент переривання не був визначений однозначно, повертаються, а з "Експресів" та "Систем" виключаються. Розраховані до цього моменту ставки перерахунку не підлягають.

5.11. Клуб залишає за собою право виправляти очевидні помилки, допущені під час введення інформації за коефіцієнтами ставок чи в розрахунку сум за ставками (зокрема, щодо "фор", "тоталів", коефіцієнтів тощо), навіть після завершення події, та оголошувати відповідні ставки недійсними з подальшим їх поверненням.

5.12. Клуб не гарантує абсолютну точність та повноту результатів у процесі ведення подій "Live". Для отримання найточнішої та актуальної інформації про результати подій, на які приймаються ставки "Live", Гравцю рекомендується звертатися до альтернативних джерел інформації.

6. МІНІМАЛЬНІ ТА МАКСИМАЛЬНІ СТАВКИ

Мінімальні та максимальні ставки – це обмеження, встановлені Клубом на суму, яку Гравець може поставити на одну ставку або експрес-ставку. Ці обмеження визначаються залежно від типу ставки, спортивної події та інших факторів.

6.2 Мінімальна ставка - це найменша сума, яку Гравець може поставити на конкретну ставку. Ця сума встановлюється Клубом з метою забезпечення доступності ставок для всіх учасників.

Клуб має право змінювати розмір мінімальних ставок залежно від умов ринку або специфіки події. Гравці зобов'язані ознайомитися з актуальними умовами перед оформленням ставки.

6.3. Максимальний виграш - це найбільша сума, яку Гравець може виграти зробивши одну ставку будь-якого типу, включаючи розмір ставки. Максимальний виграш встановлено в розмірі 2 000 000 ₴.

6.4. У разі підозри на зловживання, Клуб має право обмежити максимальні ставки для конкретних Гравців або для певних подій.

6.5. Клуб зобов'язаний інформувати Гравців про мінімальні та максимальні ставки, вся інформація про ставки регулярно оновлюється на вебсайті Клубу, щоб Гравці могли ознайомитися з актуальними умовами.

7. ОСНОВНІ ВИДИ ПАРІ

7.1. Без урахування фори можна укладати парі на результат окремих подій, використовуючи такі позначення:

• "1" – перемога першої команди (учасника);
• "Х" – нічия;
• "2" – перемога другої команди (учасника);
• "1Х" – перша команда не програє (перемога першої команди або нічия);
• "12" – одна з команд повинна перемогти (нічия виключена);
• "Х2" – друга команда не програє (перемога другої команди або нічия).

7.2. "Фора" – перевага чи відставання учасника змагання, виражене в голах/очках/сетах тощо, яке надається Клубом учаснику за ставками на нього.

7.3. Ставки із застосуванням фори (гандикапу) дозволяють визначити переможця з урахуванням переваги або відставання, виражених у голах, очках, сетах тощо. Для розрахунку додається або віднімається відповідне значення фори. Якщо після внесення фори результат стає на користь обраного учасника, ставка виграє, якщо на користь суперника – програє. У разі нічиєї після застосування фори відбувається повернення ставки.

7.4. При ставках на "тотал" необхідно визначити, чи буде загальна кількість забитих м’ячів, очок, геймів або інших показників "більше", "менше" або "рівно" заданого значення. Якщо загальна кількість дорівнює зазначеному "тоталу", для ставок на "більше" і "менше" здійснюється повернення. Аналогічно діє "індивідуальний тотал", де враховуються показники тільки однієї команди чи учасника.

7.5. Зазначені у Лінії фори, тотали та коефіцієнти подій можуть змінюватися Клубом після будь-якої ставки. Проте умови для ставок, зроблених до зміни, залишаються чинними, за винятком технічних та очевидних помилок.

7.6. "Азійський тотал" – це форма "тоталу", при якій значення "тоталу" ділиться на 0,25, але не ділиться на 0,5. Така ставка розглядається як дві окремі ставки на найближчі "звичайні" тотали, при цьому коефіцієнт залишається однаковим для обох частин ставки. Виграш може бути повним, частковим, із поверненням половини або програшем обох половин залежно від остаточного рахунку.

7.7. "Азійська фора" – ставка, де фора також ділиться на 0,25, але не на 0,5. Така ставка поділяється на дві "звичайні" фори, кожна розраховується окремо, а загальний виграш (приз) визначається підсумком обох результатів.

7.8. При розрахунках "азійських" фор та тоталів у "Експресах" і "Системах" у разі комбінованих результатів (наприклад, половина виграш, половина повернення) застосовуються спеціальні правила обчислення коефіцієнтів. Такі правила можуть включати обчислення середнього коефіцієнта або застосування коефіцієнта 1 для половини ставки.

7.9. Ставки на точний рахунок матчу/сету передбачають, що необхідно точно передбачити остаточний рахунок події.

7.10. Ставки на результат "Тайму-Матчу" потребують одночасного правильного прогнозування результату першого тайму та всього матчу. В "Експресах" і "Системах" не допускається використовувати більше одного варіанту таких ставок для одного матчу.

7.11. Ставки на перемогу в змаганні або вихід у наступний раунд турніру передбачають виграш при успішному визначенні переможця або команд(и)/учасника(ів), що проходять далі. Якщо учасник не розпочав змагання, ставка повертається. Якщо перемогу поділили декілька учасників, виграш розраховується за спеціальною формулою.

7.12. Ставки на статистику туру або ігрового дня (наприклад, загальну кількість голів у турі) підлягають поверненню, якщо хоча б один матч із цього переліку не відбувся, за винятком випадків, коли результат ставки визначено однозначно.

7.13. Ставки на "парну" або "непарну" кількість забитих м’ячів чи очок у матчі передбачають, що 0:0 вважається парним результатом.

7.14. Ставки на події, пов’язані з часом (наприклад, час першого голу), потребують передбачення інтервалу матчу, протягом якого відбудеться відповідна подія. Час визначається без урахування секунд.

7.15. "Вольова перемога" – ставка на команду, яка програвала в певний момент, але зрештою виграла матч.

7.16. Клуб може пропонувати в Лінії й інші види ставок, не перераховані вище.

7.17. Детальна інформація про конкретні види результатів та їх особливості може бути викладена в Правилах за видами спорту.

8. РОЗРАХУНОК СТАВОК

8.1. Розрахунок і виплата виграшів (призів) проводиться за дійсними ставками, зробленими згідно з чинною Лінією, Онлайн-системою Клубу, та виходячи з суми ставки, яку робить Гравець.

8.2. Розрахунок ставок відбувається на підставі результатів, опублікованих на сайті Клубу. При розбіжності результатів від різних джерел інформації при їх очевидних помилках остаточне рішення з визначення результатів для розрахунку ставок приймає Клуб.

8.3. У разі виникнення спірних ситуацій під час розрахунку виграшу за тими чи іншими ставками, які не мають аналогічних прикладів, остаточне рішення приймає Клуб. Клуб залишає за собою право анулювати ставки навіть після завершення події, якщо виграш було отримано внаслідок технічного збою або явної помилки.

8.4. Клуб має право вимагати відшкодування збитків від Гравця, якщо останній умисно скористався технічною або адміністративною помилкою для поповнення рахунку чи отримання коштів.

8.5. Результат парі, в тому числі сума виграшу (призу) , за наявності, відображається в Особистому кабінеті після розрахунку ставок, але не пізніше, ніж через 24 години після фактичного завершення процесу розрахунку, за винятком затримок внаслідок технічних складностей, програмних збоїв або з інших незалежних від Клубу причин.

8.6. Якщо по ставці оголошується "повернення", ставка вважається такою, що розраховується з коефіцієнтом "1". У випадку ординарів це означає, що Гравець отримає назад суму поставлених коштів на дану ставку. У разі "Експресу" чи "Системи" загальний коефіцієнт буде змінено відповідно (у події, де відбулося повернення, коефіцієнт дорівнюватиме "1", коефіцієнти на решту подій залишаться незмінними та підсумковий коефіцієнт буде рахуватися за аналогічною схемою; лише коефіцієнт результату на подію, по якій було дане повернення – один з множників підсумкового коефіцієнта "Експресу" чи "Системи" – отримає значення "1").

8.7. Розрахунок ставки "Експрес дня" здійснюється після завершення події за загальними правилами, встановленими для ставки "Експрес". Виграш за ставкою "Експрес дня" дорівнює добутку суми ставки та коефіцієнтів усіх результатів, що входять до "Експрес дня". Крім того, під час розрахунку виграшу Клуб може додатково застосовувати коефіцієнт від "1.01" до "1.1".

8.8. Якщо це не суперечить спеціальним правилам окремих видів спорту, результатом матчу визнається результат, оголошений в день матчу. Будь-які можливі зміни в результаті, обумовлені переглядом результатів події керівними органами та дисциплінарними покараннями команд в розрахунок не приймаються, а початкові результати розрахунку ставок залишаються в силі. У разі порушення спортивних принципів і організації "договірного" матчу, Клуб має право призупинити виплати по даній події або скасувати ставки на цей матч.

8.9. Якщо інше не передбачено Правилами за видами спорту, подія вважається перерваною, якщо не було зіграно необхідну кількість ігрового часу, обумовленого регламентом даного турніру, навіть якщо результат, при якому подію було перервано, пізніше затверджується як остаточний.

8.10. Для перерваних подій ставки на порівняльну результативність таймів (періодів тощо) підлягають поверненню.

8.11. Якщо матч почався з моменту, на якому його раніше було перервано, а в Лінії це не було обумовлено, то ставки підлягають поверненню, крім ставок, які на момент продовження гри вже були розраховані.

8.12. У разі зміни формату спортивної події (матчу, тайму тощо) розрахунок ставок здійснюється лише за тими складовими, які фактично відбулися: П1, П2, нічия, 1Х, Х2, 12 тощо. За іншими маркетами здійснюється повернення ставок. У такому випадку Клуб зобов'язаний повідомити Гравців про прийом ставок на подію зі зміненим форматом шляхом розміщення відповідної інформації на сайті Клубу.

8.13. Якщо складові спортивної події зі зміненим форматом до моменту зміни вже відбулися і не суперечать Правилам за видами спорту, за такими складовими здійснюється розрахунок.

8.14. У разі якщо матч було скасовано, то за всіма ставками на дану подію проводиться повернення протягом 48 годин або після публікації інформації на офіційних джерелах.

8.15. У разі скасування або зміни результату (протест, допінг тощо) для розрахунку виграшу (призу) використовується первинний результат спортивної або іншої події.

8.16. У разі гри на "прохід" у наступне коло, при перенесенні терміну на наступні дні або зміні поля (на нейтральне поле) ставки вважаються дійсними. Якщо "прохід" команди, яка вийшла до наступного кола, пізніше з будь-якої причини буде скасовано, таке скасування до уваги не береться, і виплата здійснюється за результатами зіграних матчів. Якщо другий матч не відбувся, був перерваний і не дограний протягом 48 годин з дати, зазначеної у Лінії, всі ставки на нього, включаючи ставки на "прохід", підлягають поверненню, а з "Експресів" і "Систем" виключаються. Якщо жоден із матчів не відбувся, то ставки підлягають поверненню, а з "Експресів" і "Систем" виключаються.

8.17. Якщо це не суперечить Правилам за видами спорту у випадку, якщо спортсмен/команда, на яку була зроблена ставка з яких-небудь причин не може продовжити участі в події, на яку була зроблена ставка, така ставка визнається дійсною і вважається програною Гравцем. Винятки можуть становити такі випадки:

• Подію/турнір було скасовано;
• Подію/турнір було визнано таким, що не відбувся;
• Змінено місце проведення події;
• Подію/турнір було перервано і не розпочато через 48 годин після початкової дати старту або перенесено і не відновлено протягом 48 годин після запланованого часу старту (крім ставок в режимі "Live").

8.18. Виграші за ставками виплачуються тільки в межах, встановлених максимальними лімітами Клубу. Якщо Гравець зробив ставку, виграш (приз) по якій перевершує максимально допустимий, Клуб не повинен виплачувати суму, що перевищує максимальний ліміт виграшу (призу).

8.19. Строк здійснення виплати виграшу (призу) або повернення ставки не може перевищувати десяти робочих днів з дня відповідного запиту Гравця.

8.20. Строк здійснення виплати виграшу (призу) або повернення ставки може бути продовжений, але не більше ніж на десять робочих днів з обов’язковим повідомленням гравця, якому необхідно здійснити виплату виграшу (призу) або повернути ставку, про продовження такого строку із зазначенням причини такого продовження та часу здійснення виплати виграшу (призу) або повернення ставки.

8.21. По окремих видах спорту можливі додаткові особливості розрахунку ставок, докладніше вони зазначені у відповідних Правилах за видами спорту.

8.22. У спірних ситуаціях, що стосуються особливостей розрахунку деяких ставок, що не мають прецеденту, остаточне рішення приймає Клуб.

9. ВИПЛАТА

9.1. Виплата – операція з переказу на вимогу гравця на банківський рахунок суми коштів, яку він вказав до виводу у власному особистому кабінеті.

9.2. В рамках однієї Виплати частина суми може бути Поверненням коштів, внесених Гравцем для участі в азартних іграх, а частина – Виграшем.

9.3. Повернення коштів, внесених Гравцем для участі в азартних іграх - сума коштів, яка на вимогу Гравця повертається йому шляхом перерахування на банківський рахунок гравця та не перевищує суму загального підсумку коштів, на які Гравцем було поповнено Ігровий баланс, зменшеного на загальний підсумок всіх повернутих/виплачених такому гравцю сум, внесених ним для участі в азартних іграх.

9.4. Виграш (приз) – сума коштів, що підлягає виплаті (видачі) Гравцеві шляхом здійснення безготівкового переказу на його банківський рахунок в разі його виграшу в азартну гру відповідно до правил проведення такої азартної гри, розміщених на вебсайті, що перевищує загальний підсумок коштів, на які гравцем було поповнено Ігровий баланс, зменшений на загальний підсумок всіх повернутих/виплачених такому гравцю коштів, внесених ним для участі в азартних іграх.

9.5. Забороняється виплата виграшу (призу), його еквівалента або повернення ставки будь-яким третім особам, у тому числі особам, на користь яких гравець пропонує здійснити виплату виграшу (призу), його еквівалента або повернення ставки. Це обмеження не поширюється на випадки звернення щодо повернення ставок, зроблених особою, яка не досягла 21-річного віку, недієздатною особою або особою, цивільна дієздатність якої обмежена, якщо особа, яка звертається за поверненням ставки, є її законним представником.

9.6. Порядок і процедура отримання гравцем Виплат докладно описана в "Правилах та умовах" Клубу, пункті 10 Розділу IV.

10. СПЕЦІАЛЬНІ СТАВКИ

10.1. Ставки за спеціальними пропозиціями приймаються до початку найпершої події, зазначеної в Лінії. Час та дата, вказані у Лінії, визначають момент припинення прийому ставок на конкретну подію, при цьому вони можуть відрізнятися від фактичного часу її початку. Фактичний час початку події підтверджується офіційними документами (протоколами) організації, що проводить відповідне змагання. Усі зміни в Лінії (коефіцієнти виграшів, інші параметри) можуть бути внесені Клубом у будь-який момент, але умови ставок, що були зроблені Гравцем до внесення таких змін, залишаються чинними.

10.2. Розрахунок і виплата виграшів (призів) за спеціальними ставками здійснюється за дійсними ставками, що були прийняті та підтверджені Клубом у чинній Лінії через онлайн-систему Клубу. Розрахунок проводиться після фактичного завершення усіх подій, на які було укладено парі, з урахуванням відповідних правил розрахунку ставок.

11. ПОРІВНЯННЯ "ГРАВЕЦЬ - ГРАВЕЦЬ"

11.1. Порівняння "Гравець - Гравець" - спеціальна пропозиція від Клубу. Гравцю пропонується зробити ставку на те, хто із запропонованих гравців кращий, а саме, хто з них заб'є більше голів/зробить більшу кількість "кілів" в матчі / мапі.

11.2. Ставки на порівняння "Гравець – Гравець" приймаються до початку події. Дата і час, зазначені у Лінії, є датою та часом припинення прийому прогнозів на подію і не обов'язково збігаються з фактичною датою та часом початку події. При розрахунку ставок часом початку події вважається фактичний час, підтверджений офіційними документами організації (протоколами), яка проводить відповідне змагання.

11.3. Зміни в Лінії (коефіцієнти виграшів) можуть проводитися Клубом в будь-який момент. Умови по ставках, зроблених Гравцем до внесення змін в Лінію, зберігаються.

11.4. Ставки приймаються на основний час матчу, якщо в Правилах за видами спорту не обумовлено інше.

11.5. Для порівняння "гравець – гравець" передбачено три варіанти результату: "гравець 1", "нічия", "гравець 2". 

• Ставка на "гравець 1" вважається виграшною, якщо гравець 1 заб’є більше голів чи виконає більше "кілів" за встановленим критерієм. 
• Ставка на "гравець 2" вважається виграшною, якщо гравець 2 продемонструє кращий результат. 
• У випадку рівності показників ставка на "нічию" виграє.

Враховуються лише успішні дії проти суперника (наприклад, автоголи не враховуються, "кіли" проти власних "тіммейтів" не зараховуються).

11.6. Для визнання ставки дійсною обидва гравці повинні розпочати матч у стартовому складі. Якщо один із зазначених у Лінії гравців не вийшов у стартовому складі, ставка повертається з коефіцієнтом "1". Якщо гравця замінять або вилучать під час матчу, ставка все одно залишається дійсною.

12. ПОРІВНЯННЯ "ГРАВЕЦЬ – КОМАНДА"

12.1. Порівняння "Гравець – Команда" - спеціальна пропозиція від Клубу. Гравець може зробити ставку на те, хто заб'є більше голів, футболіст або вся команда суперників.

12.2. Ставки на порівняння "Гравець - Команда" приймаються до початку події. Дата та час, зазначені в лінії, є датою та часом припинення прийому ставок на подію і не обов'язково збігаються з датою та часом фактичного початку події. Часом початку події при розрахунку ставок вважається фактичний час початку події, підтверджений офіційними документами організації (протоколами), яка проводить дане змагання.

12.3. Зміни в Лінії (коефіцієнти виграшів) можуть проводитися Клубом в будь-який момент. Умови по ставках, зроблених Гравцем до внесення змін в Лінію, зберігаються.

12.4. Ставки приймаються на основний час матчу, якщо в Правилах за видами спорту не обумовлено інше.

12.5. В межах порівняння "гравець – команда" пропонується три можливих результати: перемога "гравця", "нічия" або перемога "команди". 

• Ставка на перемогу "гравця" виграє, якщо Гравець забив більше голів, ніж команда-суперник. 
• Ставка на "нічия" виграє, якщо кількість голів Гравця і команди-суперника однакова. Ставка на перемогу "команди" виграє, якщо команда-суперник забила більше голів, ніж Гравець.

12.6. Для того, щоб ставка була дійсною, гравець, якого порівнюють з командою, повинен вийти в стартовому складі. У разі, якщо гравець, вказаний в лінії, не вийшов в стартовому складі, ставка буде розрахована з коефіцієнтом "1". У разі якщо гравця, якого порівнюють, замінюють протягом гри (або гравець заробить вилучення), ставки на нього вважаються дійсними.

13. ПОРІВНЯННЯ "КОМАНДА - КОМАНДА"

13.1. Порівняння "Команда-Команда" спеціальна пропозиція від Клубу. Гравець може зробити ставку на те, хто із команд заб'є більше голів, набере очок тощо за результатами події/подій.

13.2. Ставки на порівняння "Команда - Команда" приймаються до початку першої події/подій. Дата та час, зазначені в Лінії, є датою та часом припинення прийому ставок на подію і не обов'язково збігаються з датою та часом фактичного початку подій. Часом початку події при розрахунку ставок вважається фактичний час початку події, підтверджений офіційними документами організації (протоколами), яка проводить дане змагання.

13.3. Зміни в Лінії (коефіцієнти виграшів) можуть проводитися Клубом в будь-який момент. Умови по ставках, зроблених Гравцем до внесення змін в Лінію, зберігаються.

13.4. Ставки приймаються на основний час матчу, якщо в Правилах за видам спорту не обумовлено інше.

13.5. В межах порівняння "гравець – команда" пропонується три можливих результати: Перемога "Команди 1" - Нічия - перемога "Команди 2";

• Ставка на перемогу "Команда 1" виграє, якщо Команда 1 забила більше голів, ніж команда-суперник. 
• Ставка на "нічия" виграє, якщо кількість голів Команди 1 і Команди 2 однакова. 
• Ставка на перемогу "Команди 2" виграє, якщо Команда 2 забила більше голів, ніж команда-суперник.

13.6. Розрахунок ставок проводиться за результатами забитих голів або набраних очок в особистих (не між собою) матчах команд.

14. ПОМИЛКИ

14.1. Ставки, зроблені в режимі "Prematch" або "Live", можуть визнаватися недійсними із поверненням сум за такими ставками, якщо сталися очевидні або технічні помилки.

14.2. Клуб не несе відповідальності за помилки, що виникли при введенні, передачі чи розрахунку ставок. Клуб залишає за собою право виправляти очевидні або технічні помилки, допущені під час введення даних про коефіцієнти або при розрахунку ставок. Після виявлення таких помилок ставки можуть бути оголошені недійсними з поверненням відповідних сум. До найпоширеніших технічних помилок відносяться:

• Помилки у відображенні коефіцієнтів (наприклад, замість 1.8 вказано 18 чи замість 2 вказано 23), або некоректно позначені "фори" чи "тотали";
• "Дзеркальні помилки", коли коефіцієнти фаворита та аутсайдера фактично переплутані місцями;
• Помилки в іменах команд або учасників, при яких всі коефіцієнти правильні, але команди або учасники вказані у неправильному порядку, що впливає на сутність ставки;
• Значні розбіжності коефіцієнтів з тими, які встановлюють інші організатори букмекерської діяльності на той самий момент, або очевидно нереалістичні коефіцієнти, неможливі за поточної ситуації в матчі.

14.3. Визначення того, чи є певна ситуація очевидною або технічною помилкою, належить виключно до компетенції Клубу.

14.4. Клуб має право скасувати ставки, зроблені за явно неправильними коефіцієнтами та у разі очевидних помилок, навіть якщо подія вже завершилася.

14.5 Клуб може визнавати недійсними та повертати ставки, які Гравець виграв через технічний збій чи очевидну помилку. Такі ставки підлягають поверненню, незалежно від стану події.

14.6. Якщо через технічні причини під час внесення ставок у Гравця бракувало необхідної суми коштів на рахунку, такі ставки вважаються недійсними та повертаються.

14.7. Клуб залишає за собою право притягувати гравця до відповідальності за збитки, якщо Гравець навмисно скористався технічною чи адміністративною помилкою під час поповнення рахунку та/або отримання коштів.

15. ЗАСОБИ САМООБМЕЖЕННЯ

Відповідно до чинного законодавства України, на Вебсайті впроваджено засоби самообмеження гравців.

Гравці після реєстрації в онлайн-системі Клубу або до моменту здійснення ставки, обирають обмеження, що надалі встановлюються Клубом, а саме:

15.1. Обмеження (ліміт) загальної суми коштів, які гравець бажає витрачати на азартну гру.

Гравець обирає ліміти витрат коштів, які зможе внести на Ігровий баланс протягом певного часу (доби, тижня, місяця), враховуючи всі методи поповнення.

Обмеження ліміту витрат гравця на азартну гру може встановлюватись у відсотках до середньомісячного доходу гравця, визначеного гравцем самостійно (далі - середньомісячний дохід) протягом обраного проміжку часу:

• протягом доби – з 00:00 до 23:59: не більше 15% середньомісячного доходу;
• протягом тижня – з 00:00 понеділка до 23:59 неділі: не більше 25% середньомісячного доходу;
• протягом місяця – з 00:00 першого дня календарного місяця до 23:59 останнього дня місяця: не більше 40% середньомісячного доходу.

Значення обраних гравцем лімітів зберігаються до моменту наступної зміни їх гравцем.

Зміна ліміту можлива лише 1 раз на календарний місяць в особистому кабінеті гравця.

15.2. Обмеження максимального часу участі гравця в азартній грі.

Обмеження максимального часу участі гравця в азартній грі встановлюється у годинах.

Період обмежень:

• протягом доби – з 00:00 до 23:59 – в діапазоні від 1 до 6 годин (максимальний);
• протягом тижня - з 00:00 понеділка до 23:59 неділі – в діапазоні від 7 до 21 години (максимальний);
• протягом місяця - з 00:00 першого дня календарного місяця до 23:59 останнього дня місяця - в діапазоні від 22 до 100 годин(максимальний).

15.3. Гравець може змінювати обмеження максимального часу участі в азартній грі в особистому кабінеті.

15.4. Перерви у грі.

Через кожні 2 години безперервної гри гравці отримують сповіщення, що містить інформацію щодо тривалості участі гравця в азартній грі та необхідності здійснити перерву у грі тривалістю не менше 15 хвилин.

Безперервною вважається гра, протягом якої гравець перебуваючи безпосередньо у грі здійснює ставки з ігрового балансу гравця без тривалих перерв.

15.5. Ліміти витрат гравця на азартну гру та часу участі гравця в азартних іграх встановлюються гравцем на добу, тиждень, місяць одночасно.

15.6. Час перебування гравця в особистому кабінеті на вебсайті/мобільному додатку без здійснення ставок не включається до тривалості ігрової сесії або до часу участі в азартній грі.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Rules for Participation in Bookmaker Betting and any annexes, additions and other integral parts thereto (the ‘Betting Rules’), which are posted on the beton.ua website (the ‘Website’), are developed by CITYCODE LLC (the ‘Club’) as a gambling operator that carries out bookmaker activities on the basis of the Licence for Organising and Conducting Bookmaker Activities dated 10/10/2025, issued by the Decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries PlayCity No. 104-P dated 07/10/2025.

The betting rules do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine and fully comply with, and ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of:

• 1.2. The Constitution of Ukraine;
• The Tax Code of Ukraine;
• The Law of Ukraine On State Regulation of Activities on Organising and Conducting Gambling (the ‘Law’);
• The Law of Ukraine On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalisation (Laundering) of the Proceeds of Crime, Terrorist Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (the ‘AML/CFT Law’);
• legal acts regulating relations in the field of gambling and relevant international treaties of Ukraine, ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. 

1.3. The Betting Rules establish the general requirements applicable to the Players, as well as the detailed procedure for participation in the bets organised by the Club, including the main types of bets, the procedure and terms for placing bets, the procedure for accepting bets for each type of sport, the rules for determining the outcome of bets for each type of bet, the procedure for the payment (disbursement) of winnings (prizes), and the rights and obligations of the Player and the Club during the betting process.

1.4. Terms used in these Betting Rules that are not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Law, the AML/CFT Law, and in the Terms and Conditions of the Club.

1.5. During the period of promotional and/or marketing campaigns (the ‘Promotions), the rules for such promotions shall constitute an integral part of these Betting Rules. At the same time, during the period of promotions:

• The terms defined in these Betting Rules shall be applied in the meanings provided in the rules of the respective promotions.
• In the event of any discrepancies between these Betting Rules and the rules of the promotions, these Betting Rules shall apply to the extent that they do not contradict the rules of the respective Promotions.

1.6. The Rules are drawn up in Ukrainian and translated into English. All versions of the Rules are available to players and visitors on the website.

1.7. These Betting Rules are mandatory for all players participating in the Club’s bets. By making a bet, the Player is deemed to agree to these and other rules of the Club.

2. PROHIBITION TO PARTICIPATE IN BOOKMAKER BETTING AND TO CHALLENGE BETTING RESULTS

2.1. The Player can only be an individual who has reached the age of 21 on the date of participation in the game.

2.2. Participation in the Club’s bets shall be strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21, persons with limited legal capacity or without legal capacity, as well as persons entered in the Register of Individuals Restricted from Access to Gambling Establishments and/or Participation in Gambling.

2.3. Individuals who are, under applicable legislation, subject to corresponding restrictions, as well as individuals deemed undesirable by the Club, may not be the Players.

2.4. The following persons shall also not be allowed to participate in Bets:

• Persons who, upon the request of an employee of the Club (if there is reasonable doubt as to whether such person has attained the age of 21), fail to provide an identity document containing information on the person’s age;
• Persons who have provided false personal information to the Club representative (including surname, name, patronymic, age, or registered address or location);
• Persons who are participants in events on which the bets are placed (athletes, coaches, referees, etc.), sports officials, their family members, or those acting in collusion with event participants;
• Persons representing or affiliated with other organisers of bookmaker activities;
• Persons attempting to obtain or having obtained an unfair advantage over the Club, for instance by placing repeated Bets in order to circumvent the maximum bet amount limit established by the Club;
• In other cases stipulated by these or other Rules of the Club.

2.5. The Club reserves the right to increase the minimum age requirement for the Player to participate in the bets.

2.6. For the purpose of identification (verification and data confirmation) of the Player, the methods and procedures stipulated in Clause 8, Section III of the Club’s Terms and Conditions shall apply.

2.7. The Player shall have no right to dispute the results of bets placed on the website, regardless of whether the bet resulted in a win or not, nor to demand a refund of the amount wagered.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLUB AND THE PLAYER

3.1. During participation in bets, the Player shall have the right to:

3.1.1. Participate only in those bets that are defined and offered by the Club;

3.1.2. Receive the winnings (prize) due to them based on the results of the gambling activity, in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Betting Rules;

3.1.3. Submit complaints to the Club, including in electronic form. The Club shall consider such a complaint and provide a response based on the results of its review in the manner and within the time limits established in Clause 23, Section VII of the Club’s Terms and Conditions;

3.1.4. Exercise other rights provided by the gambling legislation, these Betting Rules, and the Club’s Terms and Conditions.

3.2. During participation in bets, the Player shall be obliged to:

3.2.1. Comply with the requirements of the gambling legislation, these Betting Rules, and the Club’s Terms and Conditions;

3.2.2. Introduce themselves to the Betting Rules governing the Bet in which they intend to participate prior to placing such Bet;

3.2.3. Strictly comply with the Betting Rules;

3.2.4. Follow the instructions of the Club’s employees, including those related to compliance by the Player with these and other Rules of the Club;

3.2.5. Present, upon request of the Club employee, an identity document containing information on the person’s age;

3.2.6. Comply with all applicable requirements and obligations of the legislation of Ukraine, the gambling legislation, the laws of the country of their residence or nationality, as well as with the rules of the gambling operator, the rules of gambling conduct, and the Betting Rules with respect to:

• participation in the gambling activities;
• prevention of participation in money laundering of funds obtained from crime; 
• taxation;
• protection of personal data;
• compliance with the provisions set out in these Betting Rules, as well as in the Club’s Terms and Conditions;
• adherence to the principles of responsible gambling.

3.2.7. fulfil other obligations stipulated by the gambling legislation, the Betting Rules, the Club’s Terms and Conditions.

3.3. During the betting process, the Club shall have the right to:

3.3.1. Request additional documents from the Player, including, inter alia, the Player’s photograph together with the required identity document;

3.3.2. In case of any doubts, conduct the Player’s verification through videoconference;

3.3.3. monitor all bets and ensure Players’ compliance with applicable legislation, these Betting Rules, and the Club’s Terms and Conditions;

3.3.4. Refuse to accept bets from the Players without explanation of reasons, as well as from the Players who violate the applicable legislation, these Betting Rules, or the Club’s Terms and Conditions;

3.3.5. Remove, if necessary, any event from the list (line) of events, with mandatory refund of all bets placed by Players on such event;

3.3.6. refuse to pay winnings (prizes) to a person who is not a Player and is not entitled to receive such winnings or bets;

3.3.7. refuse to pay winnings (prizes) and refund bets to the Player if there are grounds established by the Law of Ukraine On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalisation (Laundering) of the Proceeds of Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction;

3.3.8. Prohibit or restrict the Player’s and/or visitor’s access to the website if such person violates the Rules, obstructs the placing of bets, or there are reasonable suspicions that such person has used methods, technologies, software, or techniques that may affect the betting outcome; or if such person interferes with the payment of winnings, violates the rules of participation in bookmaker or totalizator bets (betting rules), insults the honour and dignity of other participants, the Club representatives, or third parties, refuses to present an identity document confirming age, or performs other actions that hinder the normal operation of the Club. A written or electronic notification specifying the facts of such reasonable suspicion shall be provided to the Player within one (1) calendar day.

3.3.9. Block the Player’s Personal Account if the Player

• failed to pass verification;
• provided false information about themselves;
• used a payment card (or bank account) belonging to a third party to fund their gaming balance and/or receive payouts;
• created multiple Personal Accounts that are effectively used by the same individual;
• used software, devices, algorithms, or other means capable of influencing the outcome of gambling activities;
• fails to fulfill the Player’s obligations;
• violates the legislation of Ukraine (including the AML/CFT Law), the Club’s Terms and Conditions, or these Betting Rules.

3.3.10. Conduct promotions, tournaments, competitions, and other activities on the website and other online or offline platforms that do not contradict the Law; encourage the Players to engage in responsible and respectful behaviour toward each other and the Club’s staff, and comply with the laws of Ukraine (including responsible gambling principles), the Club’s Terms and Conditions, and these Betting Rules;

3.3.11. Grant Players various types of bonuses on different terms, provided that such bonuses do not contradict the laws of Ukraine;

3.3.12. Exercise other rights provided by the gambling legislation and the Club’s Rules.

3.4. During the betting process, the Club shall be obliged to:

3.4.1. Comply with the requirements of gambling legislation and AML/CFT legislation;

3.4.2. Comply with the rules for the organisation and conduct of gambling, including these Betting Rules;

3.4.3. Refrain from any actions that may influence the outcomes of bets (this restriction shall not apply to public announcements or payment of additional monetary rewards to athletes participating in national or international competitions, including the Olympic or Paralympic Games);

3.4.4. Observe the principles of responsible gambling;

3.4.5. Make payments (disbursement) of winnings (prizes) in a timely manner and in full, in accordance with the rules established by the Club;

3.4.6. Consider complaints from Players and other persons, including those submitted in electronic form, and provide responses within the time limits specified in Clause 23, Section VII of the Club’s Terms and Conditions;

3.4.7.fulfil other obligations established by the gambling legislation.

3.5. The Club shall accept bets on the outcomes of sporting and other events with an undetermined result, including through telecommunication means.

3.6. All bets shall be accepted in accordance with these Betting Rules and other Rules of the Club.

3.7. By placing a bet, the Player confirms that they have read and fully agree to these Betting Rules and other Rules of the Club.

3.8. The Club shall not be liable and shall not accept any claims regarding the accuracy of the translation of team names or player surnames.

3.9. The Club shall not be liable for any data entry or transmission errors. The Club shall also bear no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any informational services provided, including data on events displayed in ‘Live’ mode.

3.10. In case of detection of indications of match-fixing, or receipt of information indicating unsporting behaviour or a fixed nature of a sporting event, the Club, at its own discretion and based on its own assessment, shall have the right to suspend the processing of suspicious bets on such events, cancel them, and refund the relevant bets. The Club shall not provide any evidence supporting such determinations.

3.11. Ignorance of the law, these Betting Rules, the Club’s Terms and Conditions, the Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy, and other policies and rules published on the website shall not constitute justification for their non-compliance or violation, and shall not exempt the Player from liability.

4. BET

4.1. To place a bet on the website, the Player shall  have a sufficient amount of funds and/or game equivalents of the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) on their Gaming Balance or Bonus Account (bonus funds are played through from the Bonus Account). For details, see Clauses 11-12 of Section IV of the Club’s Terms and Conditions.

4.2. The Player places a bet or bets, the amount of which is determined at the Player’s discretion, the availability of the required funds and/or game equivalents of the hryvnia (UAH) on their Gaming Balance, and the limits established for the specific bet. Once the game has started, the amount of the bet may not be changed, except in cases provided for in the rules of the specific bet.

4.3. Bets shall be accepted by the Club based on the valid line published on the Club’s website as of the date the bet is placed.

4.4. Bets shall be accepted for the regular (main) time of the match, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.

4.5. Bets shall be accepted prior to the start of the event. Exceptions shall include bets accepted by the Club on events currently in progress (the ‘Live’). By placing such a bet, the Player confirms that they are unaware of the result of the event on which the bet is placed.

4.6. The date and time indicated in the Line shall represent the deadline for accepting bets on the event and may not necessarily coincide with the actual start time of the event. For the purpose of bet settlement, the start time of the event shall be deemed the actual start time confirmed by the official documents (protocols) of the organisation conducting the competition.

4.7. Changes to the Line (odds, handicap and totals, restrictions on Accumulators, and maximum bet amounts, etc.) may be made by the Club at any time. The terms of bets placed by the Player before such changes to the Line shall remain unchanged.

4.8. In the event list, the home team is indicated first, unless the venue of the match is specified in the Line. All information presented in the header for a particular type of sport is provided for reference only. Possible inaccuracies in such information shall not constitute grounds for bet refund.

4.9. In the Club’s Line, home teams shall be listed first (marked with the number ‘1’), and away teams shall be listed second (marked with the number ‘2’). In other types of competitions (tennis, table tennis, badminton, motorsports, boxing, chess, eSports, etc.), the numbering of participants in the Line shall be conventional. The information regarding the venue shall be for informational purposes only.

4.10. When betting on any events included in the ‘round schedule’ (total number of goals, wins, losses, draws, corner kicks, cards, etc.), only those matches of the round that are included in the daily Line shall be taken into account. If Bets on any match from that round (included in the Line) are refunded, all types of bets related to the round schedule shall also be refunded and excluded from the Accumulators and Systems, except for those bets whose outcomes have been unambiguously determined.

4.11. In Accumulator and System Bets on football and hockey, it shall be prohibited to include more than one bet on the outcome of the “First Half/Period – Match Result.”

4.12. In cup matches, it is permitted to place bets on a team’s progression to the next round.

4.13. If a match is moved to a neutral venue or to the opponent’s field, all bets shall remain valid and shall not be refunded. In international competitions, the relocation of a match to a neutral venue or to the opponent’s country shall not constitute grounds for refunding bets.

4.14. If, in the event (match) name, one or more participants are incorrectly listed in the Line (except for translation errors) — that is, if a different team or player is indicated instead of the actual participants of the declared tournament — all Bets on such an event shall be deemed void and refunded. The Club reserves the right to determine whether an event falls within this category.

4.15. If the result of a completed match is later annulled or revised by the competition organisers and published in official documents after the time limits specified in these Betting Rules, such annulment shall not be taken into account, and payouts shall be made according to the original result. If discrepancies in the official websites’ records cause disputes, video archives shall take precedence. If a match is suspended and not resumed within 25 hours from its start, all bets shall be refunded and excluded from the Accumulator and System Bets. Outcomes that have been unambiguously determined by the time of suspension (e.g., result of the first half, first goal scored, time of first goal, etc.) shall be settled as valid. Exceptions may apply under specific terms of particular sporting competitions — see the Sport-Specific Rules for details.

4.16. The minimum and maximum bet amounts for all sporting events shall be determined by the Club and may be changed without prior written notice to the Players. The Club also reserves the right to impose special restrictions on individual Player accounts.

4.17. Any bet (including Live bets) placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement shall be deemed void and refunded, and such Bet shall be excluded from the Accumulators and Systems. Any betting options received after the relevant results became known, for any reason, shall be deemed void and refunded.

4.18. The Player shall be solely responsible for all bets placed. Before confirming a bet, the Player shall ensure that all details of the bet are correct.

4.19. Accepted bets shall be displayed in the Player’s Personal Account. In certain cases, delays in displaying a Bet may occur. In the event of disputes, the decisive factor shall be the time when the bet was registered in the Club’s system. If the Player has not received a confirmation message, the bet shall be deemed accepted if it is displayed in the Personal Account. In any case, by placing a bet, downloading the mobile application, using any media resource (via the Internet or mobile services), opening or using an account, participating in any games or bets, or accepting any winnings (prizes), the Player confirms their agreement with the current version of these Betting Rules and acts in accordance therewith.

4.20. The Player shall place bets solely on their own behalf. Repeated bets containing identical selections from one or multiple Players may be deemed void and cancelled by the Club. Even after the official results of such bets are known, if the Club determines that the Players acted in collusion, or if suspicious bets were placed by one or several Players within a short time frame, such bets may be declared void and cancelled by the Club.

4.21. In the event of any disputes regarding the start time of an event, if the official governing bodies of the respective tournament or event do not provide (or do not possess) such information, the Club’s data regarding the start time of the event shall be considered the sole and authoritative basis for bet settlement.

4.22. Communication failures or other technical malfunctions on the Player’s side shall not constitute grounds for bet cancellation if the bet has been registered in the Club’s online system.

4.23. The Club reserves the right to refuse to accept bets from the Players without providing any explanation, as well as from the Players who violate these Betting Rules, the Club’s Terms and Conditions, or other Club Policies, and further reserves the right to close or temporarily block a Player’s Personal Account or Gaming Account without prior notice.

4.24. If the Club finds that a player's bets are clearly speculative in nature, aimed at gaining an advantage over the Club in the context of a bonus offer, the Club reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void any winnings obtained as a result of wagering, and/or apply other restrictive measures.

Speculative play (bonus abuse) is defined as any action aimed at using a bonus promotion to obtain financial gain with minimal risk to the player's real funds. Such behaviour includes, in particular:

• Placing the entire deposit or a significant part of it on one or more events with low odds, with the sole purpose of fulfilling the real money wagering requirement to activate the bonus;
• Placing high-risk bets (to wager the bonus) immediately after placing the above-mentioned low-risk bets (with real money);
• Attempting to withdraw (cash out) real funds or winnings received from bets before or during the wagering of bonus funds, if this is considered to be an intentional division of balances to avoid risk.
• And other actions that may be speculative in nature.

4.25. Bets using related markets from a single event may be considered as actions aimed at  abusing the bonus, namely for its wagering. If such actions are detected, the Club reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings received from its use.

4.26. The Club shall make every reasonable effort to obtain information from official sources (during or after the event). If, for any reason, such information is unavailable or contains apparent errors, bet settlement shall be based on other open and reliable alternative sources, such as video broadcasts, etc.

4.27. In the event of any claims or disputes from the Players or their representatives, the Club’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the Player’s bet and/or the potential winnings (prize), except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

4.28. In the event of any disputes or claims, the Club’s database shall prevail over any other data sources.

4.29. More detailed information regarding bets on specific types of sports shall be provided in the Sport-Specific Rules.

4.30. A variant of the ‘Total’ bet is the ‘Three-Way Total,’ which may be applied to any sport depending on its characteristics. Under the Three-Way Total, the Player shall predict the total number of goals, pucks, points, or games scored (or played) by the teams or participant in the event. To win, the Player shall correctly predict whether the total will be over, under, or exactly equal to the number indicated in the Total Line. If the final result coincides exactly with the Three-Way Total value offered by the Club, the ‘Over’ and ‘Under’ outcomes shall be deemed losing, and the ‘Equal’ outcome shall be deemed winning.

5. TYPES OF BETS

5.1. The Club offers the following types of Bets for placement:

5.1.1. Single Bets (Ordinary) shall mean the bets placed on a single specific event, the outcome of which is independent of other events. The Player selects an event from the bookmaker’s line, which includes various sporting events, competitions, or other events.

The winnings for a single bet shall be calculated according to the formula: Winnings = Stake × Odds

5.1.2. Double Bets shall mean combined bets consisting of two or more events, allowing the Player to bet on multiple outcomes simultaneously. To win, all selected events shall be successful. The Player selects two or more events from the bookmaker’s line, which may include different sports or outcomes within one competition.

The winnings for a double bet shall be calculated according to the formula: Winnings = Stake × (Odds1 × Odds2)

5.1.3. System Bets shall mean combined bets allowing the Player to bet on several events simultaneously, distributing the total stake among different combinations of outcomes. The Player selects several events (from three to ten) from the bookmaker’s line and chooses a system type (e.g., 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, etc.), which indicates how many outcomes must be successful for a payout to occur.

The winnings for a system bet shall be calculated according to the formula: Winnings = Stake × Combination odds

5.1.4. Live Bets shall mean bets placed while a sporting event is in progress in real time. This format allows Players to respond to changes during gameplay, make predictions, and win based on real-time developments.

The winnings for a live bet shall be calculated according to the formula: Winnings = Stake × Odds

5.1.5. Statistical Bets shall mean specialised bets placed on specific statistical indicators within sporting events. This type of bet allows the Players to predict, for example, the number of goals, fouls, corner kicks, accurate passes, or other parameters reflecting the course of play. After selecting an event, the Player may choose from various statistical indicators such as total number of goals (for both teams or one team); number of yellow/red cards; other sport-specific parameters.

Winnings for a statistical bet shall be calculated according to the formula: Winnings = Stake × Odds

5.1.6. Accumulator Bets shall mean bets that combine two or more events into a single wager. To win, all selected events must be successful. The Player may select multiple events from different sporting competitions available for betting. The odds for each selected event shall be calculated separately, and the total odds of the accumulator bet shall be determined by multiplying the odds of all included events: Accumulator Odds = Odds 1 × Odds 2 ×...× Odds n.

Winnings for an accumulator bet shall be calculated according to the formula: Winnings = Stake × Accumulator Odds 

5.1.7. Risk-Free Bet shall mean a bet under which the Player may receive a payout (prize) depending on the accuracy of their prediction regarding the result of an event or its part. The Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit acceptance of the Risk-Free Bets, approve or reject them without explanation. The principles of settlement for such bets shall be described in the Bet Settlement Section.

5.2. In the Accumulator and System Bets, it is prohibited to include events that are interrelated or pertain to the same match or the same Player within a single tournament if such inclusion creates a dependency between outcomes (even an indirect one). If this rule is violated, such a bet shall be refunded, even if the Club’s online system did not automatically block it at the time of acceptance. The Club at its own discretion determines whether events are interrelated and may allow certain combinations if they are not logically dependent (i.e., their probabilities do not multiply).

5.3. The calculation of winnings (prizes) for any type of bet, including those involving handicaps, totals, postponed or cancelled events, shall be performed by applying the odds of ‘1’ to events that cannot be settled under the original conditions. Final payout odds (prize odds) shall be determined with consideration of such adjustments.

5.4. For Bets on a team’s advancement or non-advancement from a group in the Accumulator or System Bets, only one team from each group may be selected. If multiple teams from the same group are included in the Accumulator or System Bet, such Bets shall also be refunded, even if the Club’s online system did not block them at the time of acceptance.

5.5. ‘Live’ odds shall be continuously updated to reflect the progression of the event. Informational messages and intermediate results displayed during live broadcasts shall be provided for reference only. Errors in interim data shall not constitute grounds for the bet cancellation if the bet has been confirmed by the Club.

5.6. When placing ‘Live’ bets, the Player may select the Accept and Place Bets option. By doing so, the Player determines whether their bet shall be accepted in the event of an odds change in either direction.

5.7. For settlement of ‘Live’ bets, the Club shall rely on results known immediately after the conclusion of the event or competition. Subsequent changes to results officially published after the event shall not affect the settlement of ‘Live’ bets. The Club shall settle such Bets based on its own statistical data concerning the actual course of the game. Unless otherwise stated, bets on athletes or teams that did not participate in the event shall be deemed void and refunded. If the outcome of a betting option becomes known during the event, the bet shall be settled immediately upon the occurrence of that outcome.

5.8. ‘Live’ bets whose outcome is determined during the match (for example, who scores the next goal, who receives a card, or whether the ‘over total’ has been reached) shall remain valid and be settled even if the tournament or event is interrupted.

5.9. Claims regarding ‘Live’ bets shall be submitted within 48 hours from the start of the event and shall be reviewed by the Club within 30 days from the date the claim is received.

5.10. If a match is suspended or not completed within 25 hours from its scheduled start, all bets whose outcomes have not been unambiguously determined by the time of suspension shall be refunded and excluded from the Accumulator and System Bets. Bets that were already settled before suspension shall not be recalculated.

5.11. The Club reserves the right to correct obvious errors made during the input of odds information or calculation of bet amounts (including errors related to handicaps, totals, or odds) even after the event has concluded, and to declare such bets void with subsequent refund.

5.12. The Club does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of results during ‘Live’ events. To obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information on the outcomes of events available for ‘Live’ betting, the Players shall be advised to consult alternative information sources.

6. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM BETS

6.1. Minimum and Maximum Bets represent the limits established by the Club on the amount a Player may wager on a single bet or accumulator bet. These limits shall be determined depending on the type of bet, the sporting event, and other relevant factors.

6.2. Minimum Bet is the smallest amount that the Player can wager on a particular bet. This amount (stake) shall be set by the Club to ensure the accessibility of betting for all participants. The Club reserves the right to change the amount of minimum bets depending on market conditions or the specific nature of an event.
The Players shall be obliged to familiarize themselves with the current conditions before placing a bet.

6.3. Maximum Win is the largest amount that the Player can win by placing a single bet of any type, including the stake. The maximum win is set at ₴2,000,000.

6.4. In the event of suspected abuse, the Club reserves the right to impose limits on maximum bets for specific Players or certain events.

6.5. The Club shall inform Players about the applicable minimum and maximum bet limits.
All information regarding bet limits shall be regularly updated on the Club’s website to ensure that the Players are aware of the current conditions.

7. MAIN TYPES OF BETS

7.1. Without applying a handicap, the bets may be placed on the outcomes of individual events using the following designations:

• ‘1’ – victory of the first team (participant);
• ‘X’ – draw;
• ‘2" – victory of the second team (participant);
• ‘1X’ – the first team will not lose (win or draw);
• ‘12’ – one of the teams must win (draw excluded);
• ‘X2’ – the second team will not lose (win or a draw).

7.2. ‘Handicap’ shall mean an advantage or disadvantage, expressed in goals, points, sets, etc., which the Club assigns to a participant for the purposes of betting on that participant.

7.3. Bets placed with a handicap allow to determine a winner by taking into account an advantage or disadvantage expressed in goals, points, sets, etc. For settlement, the corresponding handicap value is added to or subtracted from the result. If, after applying the handicap, the outcome is in favour of the selected participant, the bet wins; if in favour of the opponent — the bet loses. In the case of a draw after applying the handicap, the bet shall be refunded.

7.4. For Total Bets, the Player shall predict whether the total number of goals, points, games, or other relevant indicators will be over, under, or exactly equal to the specified value. If the total equals the stated value, Over  and Under Bets shall be refunded. Similarly, the Individual Total shall apply to statistics of one team or participant only.

7.5. The event handicaps, totals, and odds specified in the Line may be changed by the Club after any bet has been placed; however, the conditions for bets placed prior to the change remain valid, except in cases of technical or obvious errors.

7.6. ‘Asian Total’ is a form of Total in which the total value is divided by 0.25 but not by 0.5. Such a bet is considered as two separate bets on the nearest ordinary Totals, both using the same odds. Depending on the final result, the bet may result in a full win, partial win, half refund, or full loss.

7.7. ‘Asian Handicap’ is a bet in which the handicap is also divided by 0.25 but not by 0.5. This bet shall be split into two separate handicaps, each settled individually, and the overall payout (prize) shall be determined based on the combined results.

7.8. When settling the Asian Handicaps or the Asian Totals within the Accumulator or System Bets, special odds calculation rules shall apply in the case of combined results (e.g., half-win / half-refund). These may include averaging the odds or applying odds of ‘1’ to the portion of the bet.

7.9. Correct Score Bets require the Player to correctly predict the final score of the match or set.

7.10. Half-Time/Full-Time Bets require the Player to correctly predict both the result of the first half and the full-time result. No more than one such bet per match may be used in the Accumulator or System Bets.

7.11. Outright Winner or Qualification Bets provide for a win if the winner or team(s)/participant(s) advancing to the next round are correctly identified. If a participant does not start the competition, the bet shall be refunded. If the victory is shared among several participants, winnings shall be calculated using a special formula defined by the Club.

7.12. Round or Matchday Statistical Bets (e.g., total number of goals scored in a round) shall be refunded if at least one match from that list does not take place, unless the outcome of the bet has already been unambiguously determined.

7.13. Odd/Even Bets on the total number of goals or points scored in a match treat a 0:0 result as an even outcome.

7.14. Time-Related Bets (e.g., time of the first goal) require the Player to predict the interval of the match during which the specified event will occur. Time is determined without accounting for seconds.

7.15. Comeback Victory is a bet on a team that was losing at some point during the match but ultimately won the game.

7.16. The Club may offer additional types of bets in the Line that are not listed above.

7.17. Detailed information on specific result types and their features may be provided in the Sport-Specific Rules.

8. BET SETLLEMENT

8.1. The settlement and payment of winnings (prizes) shall be carried out for valid bets placed in accordance with the current Line, the Club’s online system, and the stake placed by the Player.

8.2. Bet settlement shall be based on the results published on the Club’s website. In the event of discrepancies between results from different information sources or obvious errors, the Club shall make the final decision in determining the official result used for the bet settlement.

8.3. In case of disputes regarding the settlement of winnings for specific bets without precedent or similar cases, the Club shall make the final decision. The Club reserves the right to void the bets even after the event has ended if winnings were obtained as a result of a technical failure or an obvious error.

8.4. The Club reserves the right to claim compensation for losses from the Player if the latter intentionally exploited a technical or administrative error to fund their account or withdraw funds.

8.5.The amount of winnings (prizes) shall be credited to the Player’s Personal Account after the bet settlement, but no later than 24 hours following the actual completion of the settlement process, except in cases of delay caused by technical difficulties, software malfunctions, or other reasons beyond the Club’s control.

8.6. If a bet is declared a “refund,” it shall be settled with odds of ‘1’. For single bets (ordinaries), this means the Player receives back the amount staked. In the case of the Accumulator or System Bet, the total odds shall be adjusted accordingly: the event with a refund is assigned odds of ‘1’, while the odds for other events remain unchanged, and the overall odds are recalculated accordingly. Only the odds for the event on which the refund was made – one of the multipliers of the total odds for the Accumulator or System Bet – will be equal to ‘1’.

8.7. Settlement of the Accumulator of the Day Bet is performed after the event has ended according to the general rules applicable to the Accumulator Bets. The winnings for the Accumulator of the Day Bet shall be calculated as the product of the stake and the odds of all outcomes included in it. In addition, during settlement, the Club may apply a bonus odds ranging from ‘1.01’ to ‘1.1.’

8.8. Unless otherwise specified in the Sport-Specific Rules, the official match result recognised on the match day shall be deemed final. Any subsequent changes to the result, arising from reviews of the event outcome by governing bodies or from disciplinary sanctions imposed on teams, shall not be taken into account, and the original settlement results shall remain valid. In the event of proven match-fixing or unsporting conduct, the Club reserves the right to suspend payments or void all bets on the affected match.

8.9. Unless otherwise provided by the Sport-Specific Rules, an event shall be considered interrupted if the required game time established by the tournament regulations has not been completed, even if the result at the time of interruption is later confirmed as official.

8.10. For interrupted events, bets on comparative performance of halves (periods, etc.) shall be refunded.

8.11. If a match restarts from the moment it was previously interrupted, and this was not specified in the Line, all bets shall be refunded except those that had already been settled before play resumed.

8.12. If the format of a sporting event (match, period, etc.) is changed, bet settlement shall be carried out only for the markets that actually took place — such as Win 1, Win 2, Draw, 1X, X2, 12, etc. For all other markets, bets shall be refunded. In such cases, the Club shall inform Players by posting a notice on its website about accepting bets for the event under a changed format.

8.13. If the components of a sporting event with a changed format had already been completed prior to the change and do not contradict the Sport-Specific Rules, settlement shall be carried out for those components.

8.14. If a match is cancelled, all bets on that event shall be refunded within 48 hours or after publication of official confirmation from relevant sources.

8.15. In the event of annulment or modification of results (due to protest, doping, etc.), the original result of the sporting or other event shall be used for the settlement of winnings (prizes).

8.16. For the qualification (advance) bets, if the match is postponed to a later date or moved to a neutral venue, all bets shall remain valid. If a team’s advancement is later revoked for any reason, such revocation shall not affect the settlement, and payouts shall be based on the actual match results. If the second leg of a match is not played, is interrupted, or not completed within 48 hours from the date specified in the Line, all bets on that match, including to qualification bets, shall be refunded and excluded from the Accumulator and System Bets. If neither match is played, all bets shall be refunded and excluded from Accumulator and System Bets.

8.17. Unless otherwise provided by the Sport-Specific Rules, if an athlete/team on which a bet was placed is unable to continue participation for any reason, the bet shall be considered valid and settled as a loss for the Player. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

• The event/tournament was cancelled;
• The event/tournament was declared void;
• The venue of the event was changed;
• The event/tournament was interrupted and not resumed within 48 hours after the initial scheduled start, or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours after the rescheduled start (excluding Live bets).

8.18. Winnings on bets shall be paid only within the maximum limits established by the Club. If the Player places a bet resulting in winnings (prizes) exceeding the maximum allowable limit, the Club shall not be obliged to pay any amount exceeding such maximum payout limit.

8.19. The period for payment of winnings (prizes) or refund of the bets shall not exceed ten (10) business days from the date the recipient of such payment or refund is determined.

8.20. The payment period for winnings (prizes) or refunds may be extended for no more than ten (10) business days, provided that the Player is duly notified of such extension, including the reason and the expected payment or refund date.

8.21. Certain types of sports may include additional specific settlement features, which are detailed in the relevant Sport-Specific Rules.

8.22. In disputed situations regarding the settlement of particular bets that lack precedent, the final decision shall rest with the Club.

9. PAYOUT

9.1. Payout means a transaction initiated at the Player’s request to transfer funds from the Player’s Account to the Player’s designated bank account, in the amount specified for withdrawal in the Player’s Personal Account. Within a single Payout, part of the amount may constitute a Refund of funds deposited by the Player for participation in gambling, and part may represent Winnings.

9.2. Within a single Payout, a portion of the amount may represent the Refund of funds deposited by the Player for participation in gambling, and another portion may represent Winnings.

9.3. A Refund of funds deposited by the Player for participation in gambling shall mean the amount returned to the Player upon their request, by transfer to the Player’s bank account, which shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player to their Gaming Account, reduced by the total amount of all previously refunded or paid-out sums.

9.4. Winnings (Prize) shall mean the amount payable to the Player by non-cash transfer to their bank account upon winning a gambling game, in accordance with the rules of such game published on the website. Such amount shall exceed the total of all funds deposited by the Player into the Gaming Balance, reduced by the total amount of all sums previously refunded or paid out (to participate in gambling) to that Player.

9.5. The payment of winnings (prizes), their equivalents, or the refund of stakes to any third party shall be strictly prohibited, including to persons to whom the Player proposes to transfer the winnings (prize), its equivalent, or the refunded stake. This restriction shall not apply where a refund of a stake is requested by a legal representative on behalf of a Player who is under 21 years of age, legally incapable, or whose civil capacity is limited.

9.6. The procedure and process for receiving Payouts by the Player are detailed in the Club’s Terms and Conditions, Section IV, Clause 10.

10. SPECIAL BETS

10.1. Bets placed under Special Offers shall be accepted up to the start of the earliest event indicated in the Line. The time and date specified in the Line determine the cut-off point for accepting bets on a particular event and may differ from the actual start time of such event. The actual start time of the event shall be supported by official documents (protocols) of the organisation conducting the relevant competition. All changes in the Line (including payout odds and other parameters) may be made by the Club at any time; however, the conditions of bets placed by the Player prior to such changes shall remain valid.

10.2. The settlement and payment of the winnings (prizes) for special bets shall be carried out based on valid bets that were accepted and confirmed by the Club in the current Line through the Club’s online system. Settlement shall be made after the actual completion of all events covered by the Bet, in accordance with the relevant rules for bet settlement.

11. PLAYER VS PLAYER BET

11.1. A Player vs Player Bet is a special offer provided by the Club. The Player is invited to place a bet predicting which of the two proposed participants will perform better — specifically, who will score more goals or achieve a higher number of ‘kills’ in the match or map.

11.2. Player vs Player Bets shall be accepted only before the start of the event. The date and time specified in the Line indicate the cut-off point for accepting bets on the prediction of event and may differ from the actual start time and date. For settlement purposes, the start time supported by the official documents (protocols) of the organising body shall be considered as the actual start time of the event.

11.3. Changes to the Line (including winning odds) may be made by the Club at any time. However, the conditions for Bets placed prior to such changes shall remain valid.

11.4. Bets shall be accepted based on the regular (main) time of the match unless otherwise specified in the Sport-Specific Rules.

11.5. For Player vs Player bets, three possible outcomes are available: Player 1; Draw; Player 2.

• A bet on Player 1 is considered a winning Bet if the Player 1 scores more goals or makes more ‘kills’ according to the applicable criteria.
• A Bet on Player 2 is considered a winning bet if the Player 2 shows a better result.
• If both players achieve equal results, the bet on Draw wins.

Only valid, successful in-game actions against opponents are counted (e.g., own goals do not count; kills against teammates are disregarded).

11.6. For the bet to be considered valid, both players shall start the match in the official lineup.

If either of the players listed in the Line does not start the match in the official lineup, the Bet shall be refunded at odds of ‘1.’

If a player is substituted or sent off during the match, the bet shall remain valid.

12. PLAYER VS TEAM BET

12.1. A Player vs Team Bet is a special offer provided by the Club. The Player may place a bet predicting who will score more goals — the specified individual player or the entire opposing team.

12.2. Player vs Team Bets shall be accepted only before the start of the event. The date and time specified in the line indicate the cut-off point for accepting bets on the event and may differ from the actual start time and date. For settlement purposes, the start time supported by the documents (protocols) of the organising body shall be considered as the actual start time of the event.

12.3. Changes to the Line (including winning odds) may be made by the Club at any time. However, the conditions for bets placed by the Player prior to such changes shall remain valid.

12.4. Bets shall be accepted based on the regular (main) time of the match unless otherwise specified in the Sport-Specific Rules.

12.5. For Player vs Team Bets, three possible outcomes are offered: Player Wins, Draw, Team Wins.

• A Bet on Player Wins is considered a winning, if the Player scores more goals than the opposing Team.
• A Bet on Draw is considered a winning, if both the Player and the Team score the same number of goals.
• A Bet on Team Wins is considered a winning, if the Team scores more goals than the Player.

For the Bet to be considered valid, the Player compared with the Team shall start the match in the official lineup. If the Player listed in the line does not start the match in the official lineup, the Bet shall be settled at odds of ‘1.’ If the compared Player is substituted during the match or sent off, the bet shall remain valid.

13. TEAM VS TEAM BET

13.1. A Team vs Team Bet is a special offer provided by the Club. The Player may place a bet predicting which of the two teams will score more goals, earn more points, or achieve a higher result based on the outcomes of the specified event(s).

13.2. Team vs Team Bets shall be accepted only before the start of the first event(s). The date and time specified in the Line indicate the cut-off point for accepting bets on the event(s) and may differ from the actual start time and date. For settlement purposes, the start time supported by the documents (protocols) of the organising body shall be considered the actual start time of the event(s).

13.3. Changes to the Line (including winning odds) may be made by the Club at any time. However, the conditions for bets placed by the Player prior to such changes shall remain valid.

13.4. Bets shall be accepted based on the regular (main) time of the match unless otherwise specified in the Sport-Specific Rules.

13.5. For Team vs Team Bet, three possible outcomes are offered: Team 1 Wins — Draw — Team 2 Wins.

• A Bet on Team 1 Wins shall be considered a winning, if Team 1 scores more goals than Team 2.
• A Bet on Draw shall be considered a winning, if both Teams (1 and 2) have the same number of goals.
• A Bet on Team 2 Wins shall be considered a winning, if Team 2 scores more goals than Team 1.

13.6. Bets shall be settled based on the number of goals scored or points earned by each Team in their respective matches (not head-to-head games).

14. ERRORS

14.1. Bets placed in Prematch or Live mode may be declared void and refunded if obvious or technical errors have occurred.

14.2. The Club shall not be held liable for any errors arising during the entry, transmission, or settlement of bets. The Club reserves the right to correct obvious or technical errors made when entering data relating to odds or during the bet settlement. Upon identification of such errors, affected bets may be declared void, and the relevant amounts shall be refunded. The most common types of technical errors include:

• Errors in the display of odds (e.g., 18 instead of 1.8, or 23 instead of 2), or incorrectly marked Handicaps or Totals;
• Mirror errors, where the odds of the favourite and the underdog have been mistakenly reversed;
• Errors in team or participant names where the odds are correct but the teams and participants are listed in the wrong order, affecting the substance of the bet;
• Significant discrepancies between the Club’s odds and those offered by other bookmakers at the same time, or obviously unrealistic odds that are impossible under the current circumstances of the match.

14.3. The determination of whether a particular situation constitutes an obvious or technical error shall rest solely with the Club.

14.4. The Club reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds and in cases of obvious errors, even if the event has already been ended.

14.5. The Club may declare void and refund any bets won by the Player as a result of a technical malfunction or an obvious error. Such bets shall be refunded regardless of the current status of the event.

14.6. If, due to technical reasons, the Player’s Account lacked sufficient funds at the time of placing a bet, such bet shall be considered void and refunded.

14.7. The Club reserves the right to hold the Player liable for damages if the Player has intentionally taken advantage of a technical or administrative error during the deposit and/or withdrawal of funds.

15. SELF-LIMITATION

In accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, the Website implements a system of self-limitation measures for Players.

Players, after registering in the Club’s online system or prior to placing a bet, may select one or more self-limitation options to be applied by the Club, namely:

15.1. A limit on the total amount of funds the Player wishes to spend on gambling.

The player chooses the limits on the amount of money that can be deposited to the Gaming Balance within a specific period (daily, weekly, or monthly), taking into account all deposit methods.

The limit on a player's gambling expenditure may be set as a percentage of the player's average monthly income, determined by the player independently (hereinafter referred to as average monthly income) for a selected period of time:

• During the day - from 00:00 to 23:59: no more than 15% of average monthly income;
• During the week- from 00:00 on Monday to 23:59 on Sunday: no more than 25% of average monthly income;
• During a month - from 00:00 of the first day of the calendar month to 23:59 of the last day of the month: no more than 40% of average monthly income.

The values of the limits selected by the Player shall be saved until the next time they are changed by the Player.

The limit can be changed only once per calendar month in the Player’s Personal Account.

15.2. A limitation on the total time a Player may participate in gambling activities.

The maximum time limit for a player to participate in a gambling activities is set in hours, with the option of specifying the time down to the minute.

The period of limitations:

• During the day - from 00:00 to 23:59 - in the range from 1 to 6 hours (maximum);
• During the week - from 00:00 on Monday to 23:59 on Sunday - in the range from 7 to 21 hours (maximum).
• During a month - from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month to 23:59 on the last day of the month - in the range from 22 to 100 hours (maximum).

15.3. A player can change the maximum time limit for participating in gambling in their personal account.

15.4. Breaks in the game.

Every 2 hours of continuous play, players receive a notification containing information about the duration of the player's participation in gambling and the need to take a break from playing for at least 15 minutes.

A game is considered continuous if the player, while directly participating in the game, places bets from the player's game balance without long breaks.

15.5. Limits on a player's gambling expenses and time spent gambling are set by the player for a day, week, or month at a time.

15.6. The time spent in a personal account on a website, mobile application or in the gambling game itself is not included in the time of participation in gambling if the player does not place bets.
